Implementation and Review:
- The Managing Director has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented.
- The Compliance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the policy, including conducting risk assessments and due diligence, and providing training and support.
- Regular audits and assessments will be conducted to ensure compliance with this policy and relevant legislation.
- This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in preventing modern slavery.
Communication:
This Modern Slavery Act policy will be communicated to all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. It will be available on our company website and included in employee training programmes.
