Not every user wants an app or portal. Offer a phone number option they recognise that is connected directly into AURA’s 24/7 control centre under your brand.

Phone our SOS number and you are asked if your call is for security or medical
Our control centre answers immediately and you are asked to explain your emergency
At the same time, you receive an SMS that asks you to share your location
When you click the SMS link, we can immediately send emergency response to your exact location
This link takes you to a response tracking view to allow you to track your responders arrival
You can chat to your controller from this link to, as well as provide feedback on your callout, once you have been helped
